Dr. Bollard advocates for members of the faculty and staff in the college through recruitment, retention, mentoring and development. She chairs both the CLAS Dean's Advisory Committee, which oversees the Reappointment, Tenure and Promotion (RTP) processes and sabbatical approvals for tenure-track faculty members, and the Dean's Advisory Committee for the Clinical Teaching Track, which oversees Appointment, Reappointment and Promotion processes for CTT faculty members. She also serves as the College’s liaison for Instructional Faculty and works with the College's HR director to resolve faculty and staff HR and benefit issues, contracts, and grievances. She is the College's liaison to the Faculty Assembly and the Center for Faculty Development and is responsible for department chair mentoring and training and for faculty, staff and graduate student awards.
