Fall 2026 Lab Hours:

  • Mondays: Open 9am-10:45am and 12:30pm-3:15pm*

  • Tuesdays: Open 9am-5pm

  • Wednesdays: Open 9am-10:45am and 12:30pm-3:15pm*

  • Thursdays: Open 9am-5pm

* On Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:45am-12:30pm and 3:30pm-5:00pm the lab is available by reservation only (with advanced notice). Please email Dr. Bryan Reckard (Media Lab Coordinator) at least 1 business day/24 hours in advance (not including weekends) to make a reservation to use the lab during these times.

Professional quality lighting and camera kits are available to CLAS students. Students may call or e-mail to borrow a piece of equipment.

You may also email or simply stop by the lab to make an appointment to use the lab's computers/editing stations, our interview and photo studio, or the lab's audio recording and podcasting room!

Our Creative Consultants are available to answer questions about equipment and assist with crafting finished projects.

Equipment reservations are available. Please make reservations at least one week in advance.
