The Office of Grants and Contracts establishes the timeline for routing. The form below will help you to determine your routing date. Note the following:
The date provided is the date by which we need to have everything to OGC. Please have everything required to Carol Achziger no later than 10 am on the routing date. During busy times (January, June, September, October and November) it is best to have your routing materials to her the day before things are due to OGC to allow time for the assembly of your application package and for the Dean's Office signature to be obtained.
Electronic proposals are those that are submitted via any electronic means--Grants.Gov, FastLane, NSPIRES, Altum Proposal Central, any web based submission system or e-mail.
Paper proposals are those that are physically submitted via mail or hand delivered.
