Department Mail Pickup

At present, mail is delivered to departments and the Dean’s office at varying locations. We are initiating a process for one department representative to pick up mail. We are scheduling visits during the next 2 weeks to allow departments to gather all mail from the semester. One department representative (typically a Chair, Associate Chair or PA) can be identified to pick up mail. CLAS staff (Lary Speakman) will schedule with the representative to meet to collect the mail. This will be done outside of the building and so no access request is required. The arrangements will be handled by email between the department chair and Lary.Speakman@ucdenver.edu. We would like to have three windows for mail pickup through the summer:

  1. May 26 - June3
  2. June 24 - June 30
  3. July 27 - July 31

These scheduling opportunities are for all departments with offices on the Auraria Campus. We still need to finalize access to mail in the Lawrence Street Center.
