Thank you for your interest in the English as a Second Language (ESL) Academy at the University of Colorado Denver!
We offer five (5) levels of instruction from High-beginner to Advanced. You can complete each level in 8 weeks. Students in all levels are required to take Core Courses. Core Courses include Listening/Speaking, Reading, Writing, Grammar and a Skills class. Completion of the ESL Academy satisfies the general requirement for English proficiency at CU Denver.
