Sample Testimonials
“I liked addressing implicit bias & privilege. Really provides perspective & solutions on the issues. I wish there was more time!”
“This was one of the best DEI trainings I have attended. The material was informative and interesting and I walked away with intervention strategies that I feel empowered to use in the future. JR did a great job presenting the information for this training. DEI training can be a heavy topic, but JR facilitated in a way that challenged us to be honest and critical with ourselves and our biases while removing the shame/guilt that can result. JR's energy and passion for the topic was empowering and infectious.”
“Aside from being knowledgeable about the topic at hand, JR's authenticity is apparent as is his compassion. The material, even though just introductory, was presented in a very non-threatening manner which should put everyone at ease. We have a very diverse work family and I was so happy to see everyone in my group attentive and interested.”
“JR is great. I wouldn't change a thing. His approach and demeanor are very human and I like that he doesn't take himself too seriously while, at the same time, presenting the content in a very straightforward manner that's easily digested with facts and his own personal insights.”
