The Associate Dean for Faculty and Staff Affairs supports the faculty and staff of the college. This position oversees faculty processes involving reappointment, tenure, promotion, and post-tenure review and is charged with broad issues of planning, recruitment, mentoring, retention, equity, and conflict and grievance resolution in CLAS.
