Bean publishing prolifically this semester

Communication Associate Professor and International Studies Director Hamilton Bean has had a flurry of 11 publications this year reflecting his scholarship on terrorism and international studies, including: “How communication theory can help counter-terrorism stakeholders” in Spectra, “A genosonic analysis of ISIL and U.S. counter-extremism video messages” in Media, War & Conflict, “ Introduction to the special issue: Conceptualizing multicultural discourses of security” in Journal of Multicultural Discourses,  and “Milling and public warnings” in Environment & Behavior.
