Raisa V Melo Silva is from Brazil, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Goiás. Her research interests encompass demographic analysis, labor, family, gender, and caregiving. She is currently conducting research on work schedules and decision-making before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, she presented a poster at PAA 2026 in collaboration with colleagues on the topic of Work, Care, and Context—an empirical analysis utilizing BRFSS data.
