Overview
The B.A. to M.S. plan in Health Economics (4+1) allows qualified undergraduate students to take graduate level economic courses and count them towards their B.A. degree in economics. After completing the B.A. in economics, up to 12 graduate level ECON credits taken as an undergraduate student may be counted again towards the M.S. in Economics degree in Health Economics.
Students following the B.A. to M.S. plan are not required to pursue the M.S. degree in Health Economics at CU Denver after earning their B.A. degree. Students are encouraged to follow this plan to prepare for graduate study in economics or related fields.
