In a relaxed, supportive atmosphere: the kitchen—where else?

Cooking en Español: Tapas and Wine with Amigos del Sur creates a sabrosa opportunity for a Denver audience already aware of the value of the culinary arts and the Spanish language. At basic through advanced Spanish levels, with English translators at the ready, whether your Spanish is basic or advanced you can appreciate the wonderfully rich and varied culinary traditions of Latin America and Spain. This is a late-afternoon / evening course (not affiliated with CU Denver but organized by Modern Languages Associate Professor Andrés Lema-Hincapié) will prepare, among other delicacies, gazpacho or salmorejogambas al ajillotostonestortillas de patatas,and coquitas de aguacate con maíz. Small groups (six maximum), comfy surroundings, a little wine and cheese, friendly people—After six years at Cornell University, Amigos del Sur has been right here in Denver since 2006. Come and get in on the fun and flavors!

Course Fee: $216.00 (non-refundable) (This amount includes photocopies of written materials, recipe ingredients, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages)
