Published: Aug. 24, 2017

The Career Center is now offering faculty the opportunity to invite them to give in-class presentations this fall semester. Presentations can be as short as 15 minutes or as long as 75 minutes depending on your needs. If you need to miss a class session don’t cancel, let the Career Center come talk to your students!

Some presentations that might interest your students are:

This presentation will help students discover what options are out and help alleviate some of the stress of career path planning. Degrees can lead to many different careers and the Career Center can help students plan for their futures regardless of what they "want to be when they grow up."

Identifying a Career in your Major (60 Minutes)

This presentation will include a lot of reflection and self-exploration of values, strengths and interests, as well as how students can connect those aspects of who they are with a career.

Services Overview (15/30 Minutes)

How can we individually serve your students? Every student has unique needs when it comes to career development and job searching – this presentation gives an overview of our services and encourages students to utilize our services at any time during their academic journey.
