Gary Perez is former Caretaker of the Peyote Gardens in Mirando City Texas where he facilitated ceremonies for pilgrims from as far away as Canada and Mexico. Gary was Introduced to The White Shaman Mural in 2008 and in 2011 broke the geographical code in the rock art of the mural His research was published in The Bulletin for The Texas Archeological Society in 2023 He is a member of the Pakahua peoples of Coahuila Y Mexico and holds the title of Cultural Preservation Officer for the Office of Governor of the Indigenous Peoples of the State of Coahuila Mexico . He has been working to reintroduce his people’s cosmological worldview held in Northeastern Mexico and Texas for thousands of years.
