Ana is a curandera from Mexico City whose life mission is to help people remember who they are. Her education spans a wide range of modalities. In addition to being a certified Life Coach, her training includes, IFS, Sound Healing, Reiki, Shadow Work, to name a few. Ana weaves decades of experiential education and curriculum development with the teachings of plant and earth allies. She guides participants toward reconnecting to their ancestral roots, healing ancestral trauma and remembering their true calling. She has most recently turned toward the profound responsibility of becoming an elder to her community.
