The Department of Sociology is one of the first departments at the University of Colorado Denver to offer all the requirements needed to complete a major completely online.  It is even possible for on-line students to engage with faculty on research projects, and to conduct supervised research required to graduate with Sociology Honors.

Whether you are too far from campus to commute or you can't find an on-campus course that fits your schedule, online courses allow you to balance work, school, and the other areas of your life. Students who are in the Denver area also have the option of taking their own blend of on-campus and online courses.

Online courses provide the same quality of education offered by a traditional, on-campus course. You choose when and how often you want to be online, as long as you complete all assignments and requirements by the instructor's deadlines.

Contact the Sociology Undergraduate Advisor, Dr. Maren Scull, as soon as possible, to discuss the Sociology requirements.
