The Department of Sociology is one of the first departments at CU Denver to offer a completely online undergraduate degree. Online students are able to engage with faculty on research projects and conduct supervised research required to graduate with Sociology Honors.

Whether you are too far from campus to commute or can't find an on-campus course that fits your schedule, online courses allow you to balance work, school, and the other areas of your life. Some online courses are offered in an accelerated 8-week format. Students in the Denver area can take their own blend of on-campus and online courses.

Online courses provide the same quality of education as traditional, on-campus courses. You choose when and how often you want to be online, as long as you complete all assignments and requirements by the instructor's deadlines.

Sociology Undergraduate Advisor, Dr. Maren Scull, can help you plan the degree path that works best for you.
