Kelly McCray

Kelly McCrayKelly McCray is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with professional experience in behavioral health and military-connected settings. She earned her BA in Sociology (2010) and Master of Social Work (2021) and is completing an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (2027). Her research interests include executive functioning and its intersection with individual, relational, and family functioning within the military experience. She is also interested in translational science and strengthening the bidirectional relationship between research and applied settings, with the goal of ensuring that research is informed by real-world needs and more effectively translated into practice.
