Claire Chapman earned her B.S. at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2021. Following her time at the University, she focused on understanding and improving romantic relationship functioning through federally funded community-based education and relationship intervention programs, particularly for historically underserved populations. She is especially interested in how early relationship dynamics—such as reasons for cohabitation and dynamic pre-marital factors—predict long-term outcomes like relationship satisfaction and stability. Her long-term goals are to advance accessible, evidence-based relationship programming that supports relational health and well-being across varied sociocultural contexts.
