We are excited to announce that we'll once again be running an in-person version of Jamie Van Leeuwen's CU Denver course -- "Understanding Public Service and International Development in East Africa" -- in Uganda & Rwanda between January 3-16, 2022!

With public service viewed through an interdisciplinary lens on international development and social impact, students will engage in learning experiences with development leaders in Uganda and Rwanda with a focus on health, education, economic development, arts and culture, and/or public management.

The course curriculum will be more interdisciplinary than ever, and in addition to the normal Public Affairs & Int'l Studies student target audience, we invite students from any other disciplines & UC-schools to consider applying and joining us! We can help connect you with the relevant persons at UCD to help inquire about course cross-registration as needed for Colorado Springs, Boulder or applicants from different major tracks.
