Congratulations to INTS major Andrew Blanco, who has earned an internship with the U.S. embassy in Santiago, Chile in the Office of Regional Security. This internship is a chance for students to gain experience working in person on the frontlines of international affairs. Andrew is now going through the security clearance process. Unfortunately, due COVID-19, the logistics of the internship are constantly under reconsideration, and there is still the possibility that it may be a virtual internship. But we have our fingers crossed for Andrew that he will travel to Santiago in 2021!
