Emma Sletteland is the International Recruitment and Enrollment Coordinator within the Office of International Admissions. Emma advances the university’s strategic enrollment priorities, serves as the primary travelling recruiter for the office, and helps international students experience a smooth admissions process and warm welcome to CU Denver. Emma is a CU Denver alumna, an avid traveler, and a passionate supporter of international education. Emma studied abroad in France and Morocco and earned her BA in International Studies, with minors in French and Leadership Studies from CU Denver in 2015. Since then, Emma has worked at various positions in International and Higher Education, at Ashford University, in the CU Denver Office of International Affairs, and as an English Teacher on the Japan Exchange & Teaching Program in Tokyo, Japan. Emma is from Santa Fe, NM and is a dual citizen of Sweden. Outside of the office, Emma enjoys skiing, snowboarding, yoga, hiking, and crafting.
