The FCQ administration dates for full-term classes are set to run in week 14 of the semester. These are the specific dates:
- Denver, UCCS: Monday, April 27 – Monday, May 4
We have set up weekly administrations for early ending classes. The FCQ windows are based on the course end date that is listed in CU-SIS. Classes may be moved to different administrations on request.
Generally, the windows will open on Mondays, and occasionally Tuesdays, at 11 a.m., with end dates varying from Friday - Sunday (depending on the dates of weekend classes).
For the full calendar, go to: https://www.colorado.edu/fcq/calendar.
Custom questions
The deadline for editing/submitting new custom questions for the fall semester is Friday, April 10. Requests received after the April 10 deadline will not go into effect until the summer 2020 semester.
Course auditing
Course audit files are posted online at https://fcq.colorado.edu/clist.htm. The course auditing window runs from Monday, March 2 through Wednesday, April 1. During this period the class roster will update each business day by 8 a.m.
If you need to update a short course that ends prior to March 2, contact the Jacki for assistance.
Remember, the FCQ class roster information is taken directly from CU-SIS. To update class or instructor information, you must notify Jacki during the course auditing window (3/2 – 4/1). She will be sending a copy of her audit list for review by the faculty before the April 1st deadline.
