Teaching Overload Request Form

Please submit the following form for full time faculty that will exceed 1.0 FTE in an academic year and lecturers who will teach more than 6 credit hours in a semester.

Teaching Overload Request Form

If the faculty member has a course release, they are not eligible to receive additional pay for teaching unless it is approved by the Provost. The initial teaching overload approval is contingent upon the Provost’s approval.
For Faculty. (e.g., ENGL 1000, 3 credits; ENGL 1002, 3 credits)
