Carol is a biomedical anthropologist and health services researcher with the Prevention Research Center for Family & Child Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She received a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Anthropology. Her interests include mixed-methods research designs, community-based participatory research (CBPR), maternal and child health programs/services, perinatal health, maternal mental health, and birth equity.
