GEOG 1102: World Regional Geography

Spring 2022 | M/W 12:30PM-1:45PM | Instructor: Mandy Rees

World Regional Geography is a class that invites you to explore the world through its similarities and differences. Throughout this semester, we  will dive into a new world region each week to understand why it stands out, what makes it unique and different from other parts of the world. You will become familiar with both the location and characteristics of world regions, in addition to their relationships with one another. We will explore the interactions between humans and the environment to make meaning about why places are the way they are. Exploring current events will help you make connections between class content and the real world.
