Research Fellowships
The UCD Economics Department provides a limited number of research fellowships to advanced undergraduate and graduate students. The purpose of the fellowship program is to encourage students' involvement in faculty research. The fellowship carries a stipend of $500 and carries the title of research fellow. Interested students should discuss their interest with a faculty member to determine whether there is a suitable project available. A faculty member can also identify a student as a potential recipient of a fellowship and encourage the student's application. In either case, the faculty member should present a summary of the project and a description of the student's involvement in the project to the fellowship selection committee. The number of fellowships is limited to available funds.
