Chandler Stark, who graduated in 2022 with an MA from the History Department, has been appointed the Gary Sinise Foundation Oral Historian at the National World War II Museum in New Orleans.

As an MA student at CU Denver, Chandler focused on the histories of US Foreign Policy and the Middle East. In his new position, he will travel throughout the United States interviewing WW2 veterans to preserve their voices and uniquely powerful stories. The interviews will be featured as part of the museum’s oral history program.

Chandler also received his BA from the History Department, in 2019.
