Promoting Mental Health and Resiliency, 2 – 3 PM Sept 22
This hour-long workshop will show you how to identify and address mental health concerns associated with COVID-19. You will learn tips and tools to help promote mental wellness and reduce stress. The workshop will discuss resources and techniques to support yourself and others.

Stress Management, 2 – 3 PM Sept 23
This interactive talk focuses on recognizing the function and method of stress, and teaches you the essential ways to reduce stress. During this training, you will learn practical tips and tools to manage stress and change unhealthy habits.

Self-care Training, 2 – 3 PM Sept 24
This interactive, collaborative training introduces the concept and importance of self-care as a basis for personal and professional success. You will walk away with an understanding of the necessity of self-care and the ability to identify improvement areas in your own self-care, along with different techniques and habits to develop a well-balanced lifestyle.
