Boram Jeong publishes and presents new work

Boram Jeong, Assistant Professor of Philosophy, contributed the chapter “A People Yet to Come: ‘People of Color’ Reconsidered,” to the recently published Race as Phenomena: Between Phenomenology and Philosophy of Race (edited by Emily S. Lee, Rowman and Littlefield, 2019).   She also gave the invited talk, “On Colonial Temporality: Modernity and the Newness of the New Women,” at the Keimyung International Conference on Korean Studies at Keimyung University, in Korea, October 31-November 1, and a conference presentation ("The New Women's Movement in Colonial Korea”) at the Annual American Studies Association Meeting, in Honolulu, Hawaii, November 7-11.
