Amanda Weaver is excited about the next generation of agriculture

Speakers at the Colorado Proud “Next Generation of Ag” symposium said technology, new partnerships, the growing demand for locally grown food, and hands-on education programs in schools are fueling enthusiasm. “It’s a little bit like the wild West right now, which is really exciting. There’s just so much innovation and people are creating new ways of connecting with people,” said Amanda Weaver, Senior Instructor in Geography and Environmental Sciences.
