Christy Briles, Assistant Professor of Geography and Environmental Sciences, recently published a paleoenvironmental reconstruction from northern Vietnam, Late Holocene Anthropogenic and Climatic Impact on a Tropical Island Ecosystem of Northern Vietnam, in Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution. The research was made possible through CLAS ORS, CRISP, and UROP funding, and also led to an undergraduate honors thesis that became part of the publication.
