Teaching LARGE online classes (large can be defined in a variety of ways, if you feel like you teach a large class this Faculty Community of Practice is for you) can be a challenge! Join this small cross-disciplinary group of faculty who will explore, discuss, attempt, and assess new (to them) methods and approaches to enhance their teaching in LARGE online classes. Discussion topics may include: engagement, assessment, grading, relationship building, class management, student support, and cool technology to make your work easier and more enjoyable. Join the conversation and get ideas and feedback from your colleagues! Faculty who attend three of the four meetings and complete a self-defined teaching improvement project will receive $100 in PD funds. Breakfast provided.
