Rebecca received her BA in Psychology with a minor in English from Baylor University. After graduating, she spent almost 9 years in New York City working in marketing and feeling like she lived on the set of a Nora Ephron movie (minus the fabulous apartments). She’s now enjoying the mountains, relishing the wide open space, and working toward a master's degree in Couple & Family Therapy at CU Denver.
When she’s not studying or in the Writing Lab, Rebecca enjoys relaxing with her rescue dog Niles, reading novels, running, playing tennis, and watching Gilmore Girls on an endless loop.
Rebecca is a firm believer that it’s better to have written a bad first draft than to have written nothing at all. She finds the magic of writing lies in the process of doing so, no matter how challenging that process may be.
