Emilia holds a BA in Geography and a Master's in Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada). She is currently pursuing a PhD in Geography, Planning, and Design at CU Denver. Emilia loves hiking and trail running and swears she should have adjusted to the Rocky Mountain altitude by now!
Emilia wants to help you learn that writing isn’t about being perfect, but about being confident in how far you’ve come. She’s still mastering Canadian vs. American spelling herself, so if you see her write “centre” and “center,” rest assured she’s on the lifelong writing journey, too!
