Scholarship Opportunties for PSCI and Law Studies Students

For students interested in pursuing law, here are four new scholarship opportunities that have opened up!


2026 Price Benowitz Social Justice Scholarship
Deadline: February 28, 2026
Award: $2,000

  • The Price Benowitz Social Justice Scholarship is committed to making social justice a cornerstone of our practice's values. Our Goal is to ensure that all people have access to the same opportunities for education, self-improvement, and civic involvement, regardless of their socioeconomic circumstances. To further this vision of making the world a better and more equitable place, our firm offers a scholarship to individuals who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to social justice and community outreach. We recognize that education is an important foundation upon which positive, sustainable change can be built, and we are happy to help fund the educational endeavors of outstanding individuals. This year, our $2,000 scholarship is helping to raise awareness about the challenges individuals with disabilities have to meet and overcome each day.
  • Eligibility
    • This scholarship is offered to any student currently enrolled in an accredited community college, undergraduate, or graduate program in the United States. This includes incoming first-year college students who are high school graduates or possess a GED. The scholarship candidate must be interested in social justice, as demonstrated by past and present volunteer, professional, and educational experiences. Candidates for this scholarship should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher and be in good overall academic standing.

The Ally Financial Law Scholarship
Deadline: March 27, 2026

  • Established in 2021 and provides financial assistance to students pursuing a law degree. This scholarship award seeks to minimize the debt of higher education that plagues scholars after their completion of the professional degree program, with a goal of increasing the number of highly qualified and competitive law professionals entering the workforce. Ally is committed to reducing barriers to economic mobility and fostering financial and social inclusion.
  • For more than three decades, the CBCF, in partnership with CBC Spouses, has awarded scholarships to talented and deserving students. Each year, we award more than 300 scholarships to students who demonstrate leadership ability through exemplary community service and academic talent. Our scholarship programs support current or upcoming college students across a variety of disciplines.

The Amy G Injury Firm Access to Education Scholarship
Deadline: March 27, 2026
Award: $1,000.00

  • The attorneys of the Amy G Injury Firm believe everyone is entitled to an equal opportunity to create a better future for themselves, their families, and society as a whole. Many students encounter circumstances that put them at a disadvantage in achieving their educational goals. Our firm is dedicated to leveling the playing field by monetarily helping someone with their educational pursuits. With this commitment, the Amy G Injury Firm has proudly awarded the Access to Education Scholarship for the past eight years. Each year, we grant $1,000 to the applicant who presents the most innovative and compelling ideas for expanding access to higher education, along with a strong articulation as to why they believe that objective is so critically important to the future of our nation and the world.
  • Requirements
    • Currently enrolled in any accredited degree program in the United States including vocational program, community college, junior college, undergraduate, or graduate school. 
    • GED holders and upcoming high school graduates attending a college-level study program are also eligible.Minimum 3.0 GPA

Pittsburgh Injury Lawyers Scholarship For Future Attorneys
Deadline: July 31, 2026
Award: $500.00

  • Pittsburgh Injury Lawyers P.C. are known for getting substantial court judgments for victims of personal injuries. We want to help future personal injury attorneys with their education costs by offering an annual $500 scholarship. The scholarship will be awarded based on an essay competition with a topic focused on personal injury.
  • Requirements
    • Enrolled in a U.S. undergraduate or graduate-level program
