We’re excited to share that Team Phil is recruiting Campaign Fellows for the upcoming term!
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real campaign experience while helping power a people-centered, statewide effort in Colorado.
About the Fellowship
- Title: Campaign Fellow (Multiple Tracks)
- Location: Colorado; hybrid/remote with some in-person events
- Schedule: ~10 hours/week; evenings and some weekends expected
- Duration: Semester or campaign term (flexible)
As a Fellow, you’ll work directly with campaign staff to build critical skills in outreach, messaging, digital organizing, event planning, fundraising, and policy research. Fellows will learn how a modern campaign sets goals, measures progress, and delivers results for Coloradans.
Tracks Available
- Digital: Create social content, clip videos, manage community engagement.
- Events/Finance: Plan and execute fundraising and community events.
- Data/Finance: Keep donor records clean, manage fundraising data, and support compliance.
- Campus Lead: Organize on-campus outreach, recruit volunteers, and coordinate events.
- Field/Political: Recruit and support volunteers, organize canvasses, and build local relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and eager to learn new tools.
- Team-first mindset and commitment to serving diverse Colorado communities.
What You’ll Gain
