This is a time of powerful political pressure against the ideals of academic freedom, open inquiry, and campus equity and inclusion.  Many students, faculty, and staff have concerns about what the moment means for our Auraria community and how we might continue to uphold our values of a safe and dignified learning space for all.  Please join us for an open discussion of the current crisis of the university and what it means for CU Denver.

We will have prepared remarks from a few faculty and student leaders, together with an open forum for anyone present to share their concerns, thoughts, or resources.

This forum is co-sponsored by the Student Government Association, Political Science, History, Communication, Sociology, Philosophy, Interdisciplinary Studies, Anthropology, and the college Ethnic Diversity Committee.   Student Government Association will provide a solid spread of refreshments!
