The Colorado Labor Education Collaborative, housed in the Political Science Department, will have a kick-off celebration on Thursday, Oct 9th, from 5:30-7:30 pm. This network of local academics, students, workers, union leaders, activists, and educators will develop unique programming focused on highlighting and preserving the history of working people and organizing strategies of working-class communities. In collaboration with the New Directions program and local labor community, we will work to build a strong labor-centered culture in the Political Science Dept.
Be on the look out for an invite to this event!
