
Join us at CU Denver on Thursday, February 20th at 12 pm in the Boettcher Conference room (ACAD 1401 - student commons) for a conversation with Maya Rugama, a third-year law student at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law! Maya will share her experiences, offer insights into navigating the law school journey, and answer all of your questions! Students and alumni from all schools are welcome and encouraged to attend. Food will be provided for those who RSVP here. Some topics she will discuss include:

Maya Rugama is a third-year law student at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago. She was born and raised in Fresno, CA and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health and the Human Sciences at the University of Southern California. Following graduation, Maya will clerk for Justice Pierre-Louis on the Supreme Court of New Jersey before pursuing a career in public interest law, with a focus on immigration, public defense, and LGBTQ+ rights.
