Applications for Summer 2024 internships available for Congresswoman Pettersen in both Lakewood, CO and Washington D.C. are open until April 15th 2024. Congressional internships provide an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to learn about the legislative process. Interns must be able to commit to working at least 20 hours per week. Applicants with Colorado ties are prioritized.  Applicants must have a high school diploma. Internships are eligible for a paid monthly stipend of $500-$1000 depending on the number of hours worked. Summer internships will run from approximately early May until July/August.
