Are You a BIPOC Student-artist?

The CU Denver  Women & Gender Center is developing a series, See You in the Classroom: Bridging Black & Indigenous Creatives of Color with the Denver/Metro Area. The project aims to unite BIPOC student artists and establish relationships with practicing artists in the Denver community. Our first event is scheduled for late February, and over the next few months we plan to initiate conversations centering the needs of BIPOC students. If you identify as BIPOC and are interested in being part of this group, we’re looking for artists of all kinds—any medium, any genre. Whether you’re majoring in a creative field or it’s a passion that takes up your time outside of school, we hope you’ll consider joining us.
