Policies and Deadline inserts for faculty syllabus
CLAS is no longer doing a separate insert for faculty syllabus. Faculty can simply put this link https://clas.ucdenver.edu/faculty-staff/sites/default/files/attached-files/campus_supports_page_syllabus_insert.pdf into their syllabus or if they really want, they can download that pdf and then insert it into their syllabus. Every semester CLAS updates the pdf file to make sure that all links work and that all the information is still accurate, but the web address should not change. This means that unless CLAS sends out a new link, the faculty can just use the same one from semester to semester without worrying about that changing.
Conference room reservations for 2019 Fall
Faculty, Grad Students and Staff, if you know the dates and times you may need to reserve the 4th floor conference room for Fall Semester (this does not include scheduling classes) please send the information to Jacki as soon as you can. The conference room books up quickly so early scheduling will help assure availability. The Space Committee is asking that any requests for the teaching labs and conference room for lecture-based courses be accompanied by a written explanation of need for the specific space being requested and be submitted to Timberley Roane. The requests will then be considered by the Space Committee.
