Connor's research focuses on stem cell biology, epigenetic RNA regulation, and the molecular pathways that maintain pluripotency. His work investigates whether a specific chemical modification to RNA, known as m6A methylation, helps explain how a common small-molecule treatment (the 2i-cocktail) keeps mouse embryonic stem cells in an undifferentiated, pluripotent state.
