I joined the Department of Integrative Biology at CU Denver in Fall 2025 as a Lecturer. My current position is of an Instructor and Lab coordinator. My doctoral research focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms of skeletal morphogenesis during tissue regeneration using the zebrafish fin model. My postdoctoral work investigated key molecular pathways involved in neurodegenerative diseases using Caenorhabditis elegans as a model organism.
In my role at CU Denver, I am dedicated to providing high-quality, hands-on laboratory instruction and core foundational education in cell and molecular biology. In addition to teaching, I serve as the Lab Coordinator for the "Molecules to Cells" (M2C) laboratories.
