Dr. Diana Tomback and her Ph.D student Karina Li were recently featured in an article on the Whitebark Pine Ecosystem Foundation website: Final Round of Nutcracker Transmitters Deployed by Tomback Lab! Pictured alongside fellow researcher Vincent Spagnuolo, Dr. Tomback and Karina successfully deployed a final round of satellite transmitters on Clark’s nutcrackers in Yellowstone National Park. Vincent represents the Ricketts Conservation Foundation, who along with Yellowstone Forever, provided funding for the transmitters.
