Beginning September 11, 2023, procurement and travel card applications, the approving official form, and cardholder updates will now be submitted through the Concur Travel and Request System. Applicants are still expected to complete the required Skillsoft training prior to submitting their application request through Concur, which will automatically route to the necessary approvers and Commercial Card team. Approvers and approving officials will be notified of new procurement and travel card applications and current cardholder updates via an email from Concur, where they will log in to review and act on requests.
The August 17, 2023 Concur Commercial Card Request Webinar will demonstrate the new online process. All cardholders, as well as anyone who participates in the commercial card program within their campus department, are encouraged to attend. Please visit the Concur Webinar page to register.
Additionally, Concur users will experience a new visual theme in the system starting in September. The new theme will contain slightly different icons, font changes, and a consistent layout across all functions within the platform. The new theme will allow both light and dark modes, which can be changed at any time by the individual user. Please note that Concur functionality is not changing. All users will be automatically migrated to the new theme on September 11, 2023.
