The event outline is as follows:
- Brief updates from Vice Chancellor Farias and the four operational team leads (AANAPISI Operational Team, Climate Survey Operational Team, HSI Operational Team, IEAC Operational Team).
- Breakout room sessions. Participants will join one of the four pre-registered breakout rooms for specific updates, conversation, and feedback.
Rejoin main room with each group lead briefing out discussions, Q&A if time permits
Please note that due to Zoom capabilities in creating breakout rooms and interactive sessions, the webinar will have to be limited to 300 participants. However, a recording will be shared campuswide after the event.
