Students can complete a Schedule Adjustment Form by Oct. 25th to change to a P/P+/F option for a current fall course. A course with a P+ grade will count in the Biology major or minor (as this correlates to a C- or higher). A P grade will not count in the major or minor (as it correlates to below C-). P/P+ grades do not factor into a student’s GPA. I cannot say whether graduate/professional programs will accept P/P+ grades so I would be cautious recommending a student switch to a pass/fail option.
