2020 Summer FCQ Audit:

Attached please find the FCQ audit sheet for the summer semester which,  I have checked this against the course listing in SIS.  Please take a moment to look this over and let me know if there is anything that needs to be changed by TODAY, June 19^th.  If you have already responded, Thank You!

The Denver Campus administration week is July 27 – 31^st. 

2020 Spring & Summer FCQ Results

A decision on summer 2020 is forthcoming. Below is a description of the spring 2020 process:

Per campus directive, FCQ reports will only be distributed to faculty members. Results will not be distributed to department leads or administrators and they will not be posted publicly on any websites or Tableau reporting tools.

Instructors: No change. You will receive an announcement from Campus Labs when your reports are posted, which is scheduled for Tuesday, May 26 at 12 p.m. You can access them through the faculty portal, https://colorado.campuslabs.com/faculty.

Department leads and administrators: You will not be able to access spring 2020 reports through the Campus Labs administrator portal. Batch reports will not be distributed for spring 2020 FCQs. This means Jacki will not have access to the 2020 spring results for both Faculty & TAs.

• Friday, June 19^th – All FY 20 Expense System Reports must be approved by CLAS approvers (e.g., dept. chair, procurement card approving official) in the Expense System (e.g., any procurement card transaction reports, travel reports, expense reimbursements)
• Thursday, June 25^th– Last day to submit FY 20 JE requests to Dean’s Office
• Thursday, June 25^th– Last day to submit FY 20 PET requests to Dean’s Office
• Friday, June 26^th– Last day to submit Cash Receipts to CLAS Dean’s Office for FY 20 processing
• Tuesday, June 30^th– Last day to incur AHEC charges that will be charged to FY 20 (e.g., facility expenses/work orders, postage, copy center, AHEC space rental, phone charges)

Thursday, July 2^nd– (noon) Last day to submit FY 20 PO/SPO invoices with “OK to pay June 2020” to PSC (APinvoice@cu.edu)

We decided we’ll have Zoom seminars at least in the Fall (speakers will not visit campus), so we are not limited by cost and can invite whoever we’d like!
