Package pickup from and delivery to departments on campus is heavily delayed due to lack of staffing in the Mail Services office. If you are expecting a package to be picked up or delivered for your office area, it is suggested that you stop by the Administration Building to pick up or drop off packages personally if you need that done in a timely way.

Mail Services is working to hire replacement staff, but they do not know when they will be back up to full staffing and able to catch up with the backlog of packages. Currently they are 2 weeks behind schedule….
